BUTCHER AND CHEF EXPERIENCE

Food : we provide the meat for your barbeque and/or freezer. It is your choice whether to use all the meat for a barbeque on the day or whether you prefer to store some in your freezer. If you’d rather do the latter we’ll show you the best way of doing this and we will provide suitable freezer bags. For our initial chat we’ll provide coffee and biscuits. We’ll also provide a lunch – with a few beers thrown in – for you and your immediate family.

Outfits and equipment : you will not need to buy anything special. In fact, we encourage you to wear old clothes as things may get a little messy! We will provide you with protective clothing. We will also bring all equipment needed for the day, including a sausage-making machine and a grill.

BANGERS & MASH

Food : we will provide nibbles, plus a sausage, mash and onion gravy supper for you and your guests.

Outfits and equipment : you will not need to buy anything. We will bring protective clothing which cover your party clothes. All equipment will be provided by us.

BASHES WITH A BANG

We can cater for all parties, large or intimate, inside or al fresco. Please call our office or pop into our shop to discuss your party with our staff.
